Dansville's boys golf team had their best score of the season, shooting at 375 and placing seventh out of 18 teams at Regionals today at The Medalist golf course in Marshall. This was the best regional score and best placing ever for the Aggies. One golfer, Owen Foreman was leading the entire tournament for a while, and narrowly missed qualifying as an individual for the state meet, carding an 87. Other scorers for the Aggies were Rogan Hallock (94), Sawyer Anderson (95), Alan Rotarius (99) and Brendan Post (112). This was the lowest ever 18-hole score as a team and the first time having four players score under 100 in a round. Dansville finished second out of five CMAC teams at the event, trailing only regional champion Lansing Christian. A fantastic finish to the season by the boys which saw the Aggies record their best CMAC finish and regional finish in program history. Seniors Sawyer Anderson, Alan Rotarius and Jack Thayer will be missed and the Aggies return a large contingent of underclassmen for next season. Go Aggies!
