Dr. Jeff Hancock takes over the Aggie Football program!

The Dansville Aggies are pleased to announce that Dr. Jeff Hancock will be their next Varsity Football Coach! Dr. Jeff Hancock is a veteran football coach, educator, and leader with over 20 years of experience developing successful programs and mentoring student-athletes at the NCAA, NJCAA, NAIA, and high school levels. He currently serves as a Research Fellow with the 3D Institute, where he advances holistic coaching education and leadership development. Throughout his coaching career, Hancock has served as a head coach, offensive coordinator, and assistant coach at numerous institutions. He has helped teams achieve multiple winning seasons, academic improvements, and national recognition—highlighted by a 2005 NCAA Division II National Championship with Grand Valley State where he was an assistant coach. He has also aided in the development of several All-American and All-Conference players. Known for innovative offensive strategies and player development, he has also authored two books on quarterback play and offensive philosophy as well as numerous articles for professional coaching publications. His approach emphasizes building programs that develop student-athletes in performance, academics, and character—preparing them to lead both on and off the field. Dr. Hancock will also be joining the Dansville Schools Staff as the new Student Support Specialist and be located in the HS/MS main office. Mr. Hancock says "I am extremely excited to become further ingrained in the Dansville community by assisting and working with all students throughout the date in a student support role". Dr. Hancock holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University, an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Louisiana Tech University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. He is married to Leigh and has two sons, Jonah and Landry. #GoAggies
